Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Webbitech, we strive to provide high-quality digital solutions including
Web Design & Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, and SEO services.
As our services are digital and resource-intensive, we have established the following
policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Booking and Initial Payments
Once a service is officially booked and the project has been initiated,
the booking amount or any initial deposit paid is strictly non-refundable.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom software development and digital marketing services,
we do not offer refunds for:
- Work that has already been commenced or completed.
- Services that have been delivered to the client for review.

Third-party costs (such as domain registration, hosting,
or premium API licenses) incurred on behalf of the client.
3. Installment-Based Payments
If a service is billed on an installment or milestone basis
(e.g., 25% upfront, 25% after design, etc.), the following rules apply:

Past Payments:
All installments paid prior to the cancellation date are non-refundable.

Future Payments:
If a client chooses to cancel the service mid-project,
they will not be required to pay any further installments
from the date the cancellation request is formally received
and acknowledged by Webbitech.

Work Ownership:
In the event of cancellation, all work-in-progress,
designs, and code remain the intellectual property of Webbitech
unless the project has been paid for in full.
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel a service, the client must submit a formal written request
to our support team at
info@webbitech.com.
The cancellation will be effective from the date we acknowledge
the receipt of your request.
5. Service Disruptions
Webbitech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client
fails to provide necessary information, feedback, or payments within the
agreed-upon timelines. In such cases, the
"No Refund" policy still applies.
